Absolutely launches Eco Hub in London

London’s oldest and most established courier company Absolutely has opened its new Eco Hub, a zero emissions depot in Holborn, London.

The APC member Absolutely has a record of supporting air quality initiatives in London, and the Eco Hub is designed to the in with the expansion of London’s ULEZ later this year, as well as the petrol and diesel bans in parts of the Capital.

The new site is Abolutely’s fourth site in London and has 5,000 square feet of space, allowing the couriers to expand its Sameday, Overnight and fulfilment services to local businesses and enabling them to reach out to customers nationwide through The APC network.

In addition it will also allow Absolutely to offer a temperature controlled and ambient fulfilment solution using its electric vehicles. It currently has a fleet of 30 electric vehicles. By the end of 2021 it is committed to expand the site of its e-cargo-bike fleet by 65%.
