US Amazon customers will now be able to pay for their deliveries in cash with the launch of Amazon PayCode.
Customers choose Amazon PayCode at the checkout and then pay for their goods at one of the 15,000 US Western Union locations.
In addition Amazon has launched Amazon Cash that enables customers to local cash onto their Amazon balance for purchases. This is now available at more than 100,000 cash-loading locations across the US.
According to the online giant, 80% of Americans live within five miles of a Western Union branch, adding to the convenience of the PayCode service.

Together with Western Union, we’re able to offer customers more shopping choices, enabling them to pay for their online purchases in a way that is convenient for them.”
