Some 150 tools and services have been launched by Amazon to help its small and medium enterprise (SME) marketplace sellers do better on its platform in the last year.
Around 58% of sales on the marketplace are by independent SMEs.
One of those tools is the Target Inventory Level tool that has been launched in six countries including the UK and US. It is designed to help sellers get better insights into their Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA) inventory. In having the right levels so more goods can meet one-day delivery eligibility, and therefore more goods sold.
Other tools include: appstore and third-party tools; pricing management tools; business reports and analytics tools; and an improved, redesigned Seller University portal helps selling partners find relevant educational content easier.
