Asendia and ZigZag Global make French returns easier

La Poste/Swiss Post owned delivery player Asendia and returns management company ZigZag Global are working together to make returns easier for e-commerce shoppers in France.

Frances pandemic lockdown was particularly tough with high street shops and distribution centres disrupted. This is only now being eased gently.

Asendia has however kept on with its delivery operations and the partnership with ZigZag Global is designed to help manage returns for its retail clients. The ZigZag SaaS online portal allows customers to return items, choose the best carrier option and produce a return label.

Al Gerrie, CEO of ZigZag, said, “Asendia’s services via Colissimo are a welcome addition to the ZigZag platform and allow us to offer fast refunds and cost-effective returns to consumers in a sustainable manner, with new paperless services coming soon.”
