Bond and EasyPost team up

US last mile solutions tech provider Bond is working with multi-carrier solutions provider EasyPost to provide their customers with direct-to-consumer fulfilment and access to Bond’s nano distribution centres (NDCs or dark stores).

Transparency is an issue for online customers, with online retailers providing little information from fulfilment providers and where problems arise, support teams are separate from the fulfilment process. In partnering with EasyPost, so Bond can supply same-day fulfilment and on-demand fulfilment and returns to online retailers with complete transparency in the process.

The customers of both firms will enjoy access to a streamlined process with one unified brand experience, reducing churn and bolstering customer loyalty.
