Ahead of the coming peak season, same day delivery specialists CitySprint has announced plans to take on 600 delivery drivers in the coming weeks.

CitySprint has more than 5,000 permanent delivery drivers around the UK, on a mix of vehicles including vans, pedal and e-bikes, cargo bike and motorbikes.

Paul Gisbourne, CEO of CitySprint, said: “Getting the festive-season supply chain right is difficult and we understand how important this time of year is for everyone. We’re making sure we have the right team in place to provide a first-class service for clients and to support the sharp rise in delivery volumes during this period.”
