Former regional manager for Royal Mail East of England Craig Eddy is to be the Director of Operations at CitySprint. In his new post he is to manage all last-mile operations.

In his last post, Eddy managed 18 depots and more than 850 vehicles. Here he will be handling CitySprint’s 5000 vehicles nationwide and is to work to ensure that the objectives and core company values are delivered in every operational service centre across the network.

“It is vital that we have the right people on board to support our continuing development. Craig has proven skills and many years’ experience in the sector, and his track record of managing large teams and driving growth means he has the insight and experience needed to ensure further success in the future,” said CitySprint COO Paul Gisbourne.
