Debenhams click & collect makes Doddle a doddle

After a successful pilot across some 50 Debenhams stores, Doddle Click & Collect points are to be rolled out across all 165 stores nationwide.

This will enable Debenhams shoppers to access click & collect services for more than 50 Doddle revenue partners.

The Doddle roll out is part of a wider remodelling of the Debenhams shopping experience, while for Doddle this means greater visibility on the UK high street.

The pilot showed success as more than 150,000 Doddle customers chose Debenhams stores.

For Debenhams this also meant almost a third of those Doddle customers making additional purchases in their stores. 40% of these were shoppers who had never purchased from Debenhams before.

Debenhams isn’t the first high street partnership with Doddle – it works with Morrisons grocery stores too.
