DHL among Global Top Employers for 2017

DHL has been listed among ten of the Global Top Employers for 2017 by the Top Employers Institute. Other companies on the list include Orange and Saint Gobain.

The list is made from the results of a human resources best practices survey that analyses talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits , and organisational culture .

The qualifying employers are either awarded a regional or a global award. 1231 employers across 116 countries were accredited with 10 organisations being given global accreditation.
