DispatchTrack expands global operations

Last mile logistics SaaS platform DispatchTrack has expanded its operations in the Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. It has also opened a new headquarters in the UK.

DispatchTrack has recently acquired Beetrack, a similar operation in Latin America with 850 customers in 20 South and Central American countries.

Working across a range of industries, the DispatchTrack platform simplifies complex last mile deliveries and service operations, enabling deliveries for thousands of its global customers. Brands currently using it include Furniture Village, Vision Logistics, Walmart and Coca-Cola.

Working at fleet level, the DispatchTrack system uses AI to determine the fastest route for a company’s vehicles and also their most efficient load for each van or lorry from warehouse to destination. It also enables firms to offer their customers to schedule a delivery window as well as providing real-time updates on progress of the delivery.
