DPD France launches two new services

Delivery company DPD France has announced that it has launched two new services that should further meet its French customers’ needs. Mr Pasha is an after hours parcel delivery service, while Pickup Drive is a drive through pick up and drop off network that will be operating around the country.

Mister Pasha

In a statement, DPD France said of the new service: “With Mister Pasha, DPD France offers individual customers a two-in-one Premium Service of evening and weekend delivery, as well as a concierge service.”

The new service will now be available for both single parcel as well as multiple parcel deliveries. Evening deliveries will be available between 1800 – midnight, and there will also be a Saturday morning service available between 0900-1400. Those using the service will be able to choose from one hour delivery windows.

In addition the DPD France concierge service gives customers the option to have their parcels stored for up to 30 days after the package was due for delivery. Customers will also be able to receive up to 10 packages from multiple orders per delivery.

Pickup Drive

DPD France’s Pickup Drive is a similar concept as the drive-through services already used by supermarket customers, allowing customers to drop off and pick up their parcels without leaving their car.

“We are the first parcel delivery company in France to offer this ‘plus service’. Three depots have already been equipped in Fresnes, Trappes and Rodez. The Rennes depot will follow in October,” said Jean-Michel Rebillard, Director of Marketing and Communication.
