DPD Germany adds clothing chain to parcel pick-up network

DPD Germany has announced it has added the Adler Modemärkte clothing store chain to its parcel shop network. This will offer customers a further 130 stores to pick up or drop off their parcels in its extensive nationwide network.

According to DPD Germany, “For Adler Modemärkte this represents a clear logistical added value. The company plans to continuously expand its own product range – and accordingly also the services that can be used locally.”

All new Adler stores will be upgraded to Pickup parcel shops from the beginning of October this year, with all stores converted by the end of the month.

DPD Germany say that the store chain will be displayed on the DPD app, and this means that there should be more footfall there, both from existing and new customers. Regular DPD customers will be able to register aa particular store as their preferred pick-up location too.
