International last mile delivery company DPD Group has invested in Singapore based Ninja Van.
Ninja Van is a technology based last mile delivery specialist working into five countries in Southeast Asia. It has delivery networks in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
According to a statement from DPD, “By becoming an investor in this rapidly growing parcel delivery service provider in South East Asia, DPDgroup intends to better understand and seize the business opportunities of the local domestic markets, and to provide fruitful connections to its many existing investments and partners worldwide”

The SEA countries’ economies are growing very strongly, with e-commerce in consistent double digit growth. The DPD investment should deliver great returns.
