Delivery company DPD UK has announced plans to take on a five year lease for a 32,986ft² unit in Ipswich.

The new unit at Unit One Beardmore at Martlesham Heath Business Park, just outside of Ipswich town centre and with easy access to the A12 trunk road, is larger than its current depot in Ipswich and is there to meet projected growth in parcel volumes.

“Martlesham Heath Business Park remains incredibly popular with businesses, providing high quality business accommodation in an established out of town location,” said director in the business space team at Savills Chelmsford Phil Dennis, and “we continue to receive significant interest from companies looking to relocate to the park.”
