DX Group rolls out handheld devices

As part of its efficiency drive, DX Group has issued 1,100 new handheld devices to its 31 service centres across the UK. This is part of the company’s development strategy where more product launches and service enhancements are set to be rolled out in the coming months.

The new handheld devices are for its B2C facing businesses, with the other technologies being aimed at the same line of business. DX Group would not be drawn on what the next stages to this plan are to be, though they have confirmed that these changes are set for the coming few months ahead of the Christmas peak season.

Lloyd Dunn, CEO of DX said, “While the nationwide lockdown to combat coronavirus has caused significant challenges for the business and our people, it has been important to keep going with ‘big ticket’ changes like this.”
