UK logistics company DX Group has announced that for the financial year ending July 2021, it expects revenues to be £10 million higher than expected due to very strong growth at DX Freight.
The revenues at DX Freight have been doing well thanks to significantly increased volumes from existing customers as well as a number of new contracts won.
DX Express however is set to meet management forecasts. As a result of the company’s success, the Board of DX Group has chosen to repay £0.6 million in government furlough support payments. To meet its strong growth in demand, the Board has agreed to open 12 new depots for the company in the next two years thanks to confidence in the outlook for the company.
A full update with an idea of the full year income and profits will be made in mid July 2021.
