Electronics and technology leaders Ericsson and ABB have entered into an MoU to enhance connected services, industrial Internet of Things (IoT) and AI technologies into the future.
Both companies will continues their research collaboration, explore improvements in manufacturing processes and automation, and discover new business opportunities for the industrial ecosystem.
At present, Ericsson is deploying an intelligent automation systems at its Tallinn, Estonia factory made by ABB, which is providing a fully automated flexible robot cell solution for the final assembly of 5G radios.
