eBay members in Germany will be able to join a new service called eBay Plus that will be rolled out nationally this month. The Wall Street Journal reports that membership will cost €22 a year and offer two day delivery on certain items as well as free returns within 30 days.

The service has been piloted in Germany since May but will be rolled out nationally this month. It is reported that the new service has been popular, and that thousands of German eBay members have already signed up. If this is successful, one may expect eBay Plus to be rolled out across a number of other countries in the EU and beyond soon.
