UK retail tech company HubBox has joined the UPS Ready programme as it starts to export its SaaS click & collect platform outside of the country.
HubBox’s technology will allow UPS retail clients to quickly and easily ship customers’ goods to UPS Access Points across the continental USA, which the companies claim should bolster their delivery options and encouraging more cart conversions.
Currently HubBox works with online retailers to deliver their goods to more than 4,000 click and collect locations. Clients include well-known e-commerce brands such as Boohoo , Whistles and Warehouse.
In working with UPS HubBox will have access to more than 9,000 Access Points in the US. Combined with HubBox’s checkout software, which is compatible with all e-commerce platforms, retailers will now have a simple and straightforward way of ensuring their customers can access Click & Collect when they checkout.
In the UK, Click & Collect is an established delivery option, with over 70% of online shoppers saying they use the service frequently.
“Together with UPS, we hope to make the convenient delivery solution available to shoppers in the US, the same way it is the UK” said Sam Jarvis, Founder and CEO at HubBox.
“UPS has an unrivalled Access Point Network, and, together with our software, they are now able to deliver those benefits directly to retailers who want to keep pace with their customer’s expectations”.
“Our technology allows retailers to access Click & Collect solutions at an unprecedented level of speed and simplicity, resulting in improved customer conversion rates and increased spend at checkout.
