High tech logistics company iForce is to run a number of fulfilment services for the online retailer Prezzybox.
Prezzybox is to use the iForce Gateway, which is a multichannel Warehouse Management System (WMS). The contract will be run from iForccce’s 300,00 square foot multi-client Corby Euro Hub.
“We have recently announced an ambitious five year growth plan, which meant we needed to appoint an e-fulfilment provider, with the expertise to support us, in a cost efficient manner,” said Zak Edwards, founder and managing director of Prezzybox.com. “We have appointed a partner that can not only deliver an exceptional service, but also can also help us improve our customer experience.
“iForce’s capability to adapt its world-class solutions to fit the exact requirements of our business was a key reason behind our decision and we look forward to a long and positive relationship.”
Brian Gaunt, chief executive of iForce, which became part of Eddie Stobart Logistics in April, said: “We are delighted to welcome Prezzybox to our prestigious list of retail clients and look forward to applying ourselves in our new partnership to improve their efficiency and customer experience, thereby helping them to achieve their ambitious growth plan.
