Workflow management system software company Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) is to integrate Cognito IQ’s Electronic Proof of Delivery (EPOD) systems as part of its K8 Enterprise Resource Planning solution.

EPOD can greatly reduce disputes and stock loss, ensuring live data is fed to both parties when items are delivered to clients. This is set to supersede the less reliable yet traditional paper based proof of delivery systems.

KCS specialises in workflow management software, and with EPOD will be able to help client companies track workflows both inside and out of companies’ premises.

Cognito IQ specialises in mobile workforce applications that enable companies to communicate effectively while working with clients. It has a longstanding relationship with Kerridge Commercial Systems, and integrating the EPOD system is the latest partnership between the two companies.
