Ireland based Kerry Logistics has now acquired a majority stake in the Italian logistics firm Saga Italia.
The acquisition extends Kerry Logistics’ reach into three new countries – Uganda, Republic of Congo and Egypt. It also offers access to new offices in the UAE, Russia, the US, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
Saga Italia was founded in 1985 and offers international freight forwarding solutions in air, ocean and overland transport.
