Verona Fair has announced that international logistics company Kuehne + Nagel Italy is to be responsible for the handling of all exhibits and smooth logistics processes and the Verona exhibition centre.

The four year agreement between KN Expo & Events, the specialised division of Kuehne + Nagel, will provide onsite logistics services for the events. The company will coordinate the complex and time critical processes prior to and during the events including domestic and international transport management with dedicated express vehicles for urgent shipments, door-to-venue and venue-to-door delivery services, brokerage of house-to-house transport insurance.

In addition, Kuehne + Nagel will be responsible for several value added services, such as loading / unloading, dock traffic management, on-site storage of full and empty containers as well as specialist lifting; further services include unpacking / repacking, labelling, collection, storage and return of empty cases.
