With growing demand for its services, US regional parcel delivery company LaserShip has opened a new sortation centre in South Brunswick, New Jersey.
“With the constant evolution in the e-commerce space, our team at LaserShip is always looking for new opportunities to ensure the best service for our customers,” said Josh Dinneen, Senior Vice President of Commercial Development for LaserShip. “Having our new facility in South Brunswick, New Jersey, fully up-and-running this month will help us meet growing e-commerce delivery demand, just in time for the holiday rush. We’re also looking forward to welcoming more than 100 employees to our incredible, and growing, team.”
The new South Brunswick sort centre is 300,000 square feet in size and can handle up to 20,000 packages per hour. It is to be LaserShip’s 62nd sorting centre and the third in New Jersey.
