Beauty and cosmetics retailer L’Occitane has announced a partnership with CollectPlus to offer its customers the ability to collect their online shopping purchases at any one of the more than 5800 local newsagents and convenience stores that form part of the CollectPlus network.
In addition, for the first time, L’Occitane will now be offering free returns to its customers through any store in the CollectPlus network across the UK.
L’Occitane will begin offering a next day as well as a standard delivery option for its customers. Pricing will be in line with their current home delivery option. The next day Click & Collect service is free for L’Occitane customers who have spent £35 or more online, or for smaller orders it will be £5.95.
Those customers spending more than £35 will be able to choose the standard delivery service for free, or orders less than £35 it will cost £3.95. For the price orders will be delivered to the CollectPlus store of the customer’s choosing within three days of purchase.
The service will be open to L’Occitane customers from today (the 12th October).
L’Occitane will offer complimentary wrapping choices for all Click and Collect purchases, either enclosing gift bags or gift wrapping the order for free, depending on the customer’s choice.
Click and Collect options are increasingly being sought by customers who are not always at home during the day, cannot have goods delivered to their place of work, and yet who still wish to shop online. CollectPlus is one of a few options available to e-commerce retailers who wish to use such services.
