Marks & Spencer customers will soon be able to return their online purchases to its Simply Food stores. The fashion and food retailer is to use Doddle technology on its existing in-store devices to enable this to happen
Until this new technology was installed customers have only been able to collect online purchases from its Simply Food stores but can only return goods to its large stores.
The Marks & Spencer system uses the Doddle ‘Powered by Doddle’ technology was piloted in seven locations from June 2017, but will now be available across 280 simply food locations with more stores planned in general national rollout.
