New Look and Doddle have announced that New Look is now offering free collections and returns through its partnership with parcel shop network Doddle. Doddle operates an agnostic parcel shop network (not tied to any retailer or carrier), located mainly in UK train stations.
The Doddle network now boasts nearly 40 locations, including recent additions in Canary Wharf and Surbiton in London. The company hopes to have 100 stores up and running by the end of this year and expand the network to 250 by the end of 2017.
A third of Doddle’s stores have changing rooms, allowing customers to try their purchases and either take them away or send them for return.
Commenting on the new partnership, Danny Barrasso, New Look Managing Director UK & ROI said: “With over 30% of New Look customers choosing to collect from our stores, we know there is a strong appetite for fast and convenient delivery options. Working with Doddle will give our customers a wider choice and enable them to select the option that best fits in with their routine.”
Doddle, as well as many other parcel shop network operators, is covered in Apex Insight’s new report European Parcel Shop and Locker Networks Market Insight Report 2015.
