As part of the general trend of online retailers moving toward click and collect services for the convenience of customers, fashion retailer New Look has signed an agreement with the CollectPlus network of shops.
The system allows customers to collect their goods from a number of newsagents and convenience stores around the UK without having to wait at home for a parcel to be delivered that they have bought online.
Click & collect services are an emerging facet for online shoppers, allowing them to collect and return parcels from online retailers at a time of their convenience. New Look linked up with the parcel store operator Doddle in August, and with CollectPlus has even greater reach toward those who wish to buy from them yet cannot wait at home for a delivery.
