Nikki Clifton to lead The UPS Foundation

Nicole “Nikki” Clifton is to be President of Social Impact and The UPS Foundation, effective November 1. In her role, Nikki is to lead the logistics operator’s global philanthropy, social impact and community engagement as part of its new Corporate Affairs, Communications and Sustainability team.

Clifton joined UPS in 2003 as the Labour & Employment Counsel, advising the company on workforce issues in business units around the United States. In her most recent role she was VP, Public Affairs, leading the company’s workforce policy, legislative advocacy and external affairs engagement. She worked with the US Congress and US states’ attorneys general. She has also worked on breaking down systemic racism within the company.
