Parcelforce Worldwide improves customer experience

Customers will find a new ‘booking journey’ on the Parcelforce Worldwide website that the firm says will “allow customers to send parcels faster and easier than ever”.

Parcelforce Worldwide customers can now register their details for free, and store information as well as accessing a number of ‘benefits’ online. To save even more time, prepay functionality has been introduced. Customers can also use PayPal and any credit or debit card using the system.

Online sellers using Parcelforce Worldwide can now integrate their e-commerce accounts, to include eBay and Amazon, with their accounts on Parcelforce Worldwide to ship their parcels. The system also enables people to ship multiple parcels at the same time, increasing ease of use.

If customers use more than one e-commerce platform, Parcelforce Worldwide’s system will provide a central parcel booking hub by consolidating all sales in one place.
