More than half of the 23,000 people who took part in its annual customer satisfaction survey say they are very satisfied with Swiss Post ‘s range of products and services offered. The postal operator’s staff continue to receive the best scores in the survey as they are renowned for being friendly and offer good advice on the company’s goods and services.
15,000 private customers who were surveyed were satisfied with Swiss Post ‘s services, rating then at between 74 and 86 points. The Post Offices & Sales unit achieved the highest levels of satisfaction in the postal operator with 86 points. Problem solving however was the area most in need for improvement within Swiss Post.
However, among the 8000 business customers who are responsible for the majority of the organisation’s turnover, they rated the services offered and the quality of the individual units at between 78-83 points. This was higher than the 2015 survey. Swiss Post Solutions as well as Post Offices & Sales got 83 points each. National letter mail got 79 points for the third year running, while international mail saw an increase to 79 points. Swiss Post ‘s logistics partner, PostLogistics got 78 points, which was higher than in 2015.
