Quadient parcel locker revenues grow strongly

International mail solutions company Quadient reported sales of €504 million in the first half of 2021, an 11.1% growth on the same period in 2020. Net income was 28.2% up on the same period last year to €70 million.

Amongst its other operations, Quadient’s Parcel Locker Solutions sales hit €41 million in the first half of 2021, up 40.7% as against the first half of 2020. The firm added 1,500 lockers to its network, bringing the global total to 14,500.

Geoffrey Godet, Chief Executive Officer of Quadient, stated: “Our Parcel Locker Solutions installed base is growing steadily, with new units deployed in the US, France, UK, Japan and across carriers, retail, residential, universities and corporate segments. In the meantime, our EBITDA margin has improved due to higher sales, synergies and operating efficiencies.

As we celebrate the 2-year anniversary of our brand, we symbolically crossed 10,000 software customers. Looking ahead, we remain firmly committed to drive sustainable value by thoroughly executing the second phase of our Back to Growth strategy.”
