Returns offered through SwipBox Danish parcel lockers

Through carriers Bring, Danish online shoppers are now able return their goods using SwipBox’s Nærboks parcel lockers.

The Nærboks parcel locker network is a carrier agnostic parcel locker solution and several carriers now use the network. Bring will be the first to take parcels into the returns process through the parcel lockers.

Thanks to the pandemic making people wary of contact with others, the SwipBox Nærboks lockers have seen a strong uptick in use in recent times. Now there is a measured demand to use them for returns as well.

Jens Lauge, Strategic Product Developer at Bring, commented: “Reverse logistics is always a natural and integrated part of our value propositions. By adding the return service from the Nærboks parcel boxes, from which the customers first picked up their parcels, we will offer the 360-degree solution that our customers demand.”

Thanks to the simplicity of the app, customers now simply register their parcel on the app and take it to the nearest locker.

Jens Rom, CEO at SwipBox said: “At SwipBox we are always looking into new solutions and ways to be sure that we are ahead of the market’s needs and demands – and that we can deliver every time. It’s exciting news that Bring are ready to offer their customers the chance to safely return parcels throughout the network in order to create more convenience for the end users on the Danish market”.
