Europe based digital road freight forwarder sennder has announced it has bought Netherlands based freight forwarder Cars&Cargo for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition will bring 240 chartered vehicles onto the sennder digital platform that will add capacity.
Under the deal the Cars&Cargo management team will join sennder, with founder Bob Snijder continuing as the logistics company’s MD.
