Tajamax, a Polish electronics firm, has leased a new warehouse at Goodman Krakow Airport Logistics Centre from Goodman Group. The rapidly expanding firm will use the facility to access and expand into Lesser Poland.
The warehouse was speculatively built by international industrial property owner Goodman Group. Tajmax will lease 5740 square metres of warehouse space and 250 square metres of office space. This will mean that 85% of the 80,000 square metres of warehousing built by Goodman Group on the site has been taken up. It is planning to build a further 12,000 square metres of warehousing on the Krakow site, to be built by the end of the year.
Tajmax has been trading in Poland since 1990 as Partner AGD RTV, and is developing its business across the country. This regional distribution centre will help it further establish its business.
