Tigers builds Rotterdam mega-hub

Global supply chain and technology company Tigers Logistics is to open a Euro-mega-hub in Rotterdam next year. This will be the biggest operation in the company’s European business.

The 550,000 square foot facility will have 60,000 pallet positions and more than half a million bin locations.

Shahar Ayash, managing director for Tigers UK and Europe said: “Rotterdam is the biggest port in Europe and a key gateway to the continent for the supply chain, which is why Tigers has been based there for the past 20 years,

“The mega hub will be an advanced omni-channel fulfilment centre and Tigers’ biggest single operation in Europe, which is being built with longevity and sustainability in mind.
