Natalie Sehnal has been promoted to Business Development Director for delivery management company Whistl’s Fulfilment and Contact Services division.
Sehnal joined Spark Response, a company acquired by Whistl in 2018 and has now been in the same company for 18 years. She is to play a key role in the company’s ambitious growth plans in fulfilment and contact centres, an area of business that has seen strong growth in recent years owing to the online shopping boom.
At present Whistl has a 350-seat, multi-site contact centre capability at its offices in Farnborough and Gateshead. These sites support brands and retailers to manage their inbound customer enquiries via phone, online chat and via email.
The Spark Response acquisition brings 20 years of experience to Whistl of providing outsourced contact centre support across a number of sectors that include retail, health/wellbeing and care homes, utilities, public sector, automotive and telecoms.
