Whistl to offer international tracked imports

Using Whistl, UK e-commerce companies will soon be able to have tracked imports from 220 countries around the world thanks to the delivery company’s tie-up with One World Express.

Under the deal, e-commerce importers will only need to print one label per item in the country of origin. Packages will then be tracked through each transit stage.

Whistl then will process the items in the UK, and then handed to Royal Mail to be delivered to the end customer.

Whistl chief executive Nick Wells  said: “With the unprecedented expansion of the e-commerce industry globally and the rise of imports into the UK, consumers are looking for greater transparency on the delivery journey from country of origin to their home.”
