Yango Deli begins London operations

Moscow based ultra-fast delivery company Yango Deli has begun operations in London. It has begun offering grocery delivery in Bethnal Green, Battersea, Bermondsey and Acton.

More sites are set to be opened in London in the coming months.

To service the boroughs, Yango Deli is running four dark store customer fulfilment centres that will serve up to 1.4 million customers with groceries within 15 minutes. It will operate between 07:00 and 23:00 every days of the week with no minimum order or delivery size.

As with its rivals, customers download an app from the App Store of Google Play and pay for their items via debit card, credit card or Apple Pay.

Yango Deli is growing rapidly with operations in France, Russia and Israel. It operates on its in-house developed technology and a proven business model.

Evgeny Chernikov, general manager at Yango Deli UK, said, “The densely populated capital is full of busy professionals, young students and many others who appreciate the convenience of a fast, stress-free shopping experience. Ultrafast grocery delivery is here to help, whether Londoners need to order a last-minute essential ingredient for a dinner recipe, fresh baked goods, or a flat white caffeine boost to start the day, Yango Deli is expertly configured to save precious time.”
