Yodel helps Nova Blooms food box deliveries flourish

After a successful trial period, UK delivery company Yodel is delivering 1,000 food boxes daily for the online food and flower company Nova Blooms.

Nova Blooms moved into grocery deliveries in April in response to lockdown. Their food boxes include everything from fresh fruit and vegetables to pasta and locally made bread.

The service has mushroomed due to demand. When the service was launched in April Nova Blooms were selling 10 food boxes a day. Word got out and they have had huge growth in demand.

The service offered by Yodel includes the Xpect service where customers get regular updates on their food box including a two-hour window on delivery timings on the day the food box is due.
